§ 1. Data Controller
1. The controller of personal data of users of Zivera.pl is HostPlus spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Lubelska 37, 26-603 Radom, Poland, NIP: 7963042579, REGON: 543192230, KRS 0001204264.
2. The Controller may be contacted through the contact channels available on the Zivera.pl website.
3. This Privacy Policy describes how personal data is processed in connection with the website, game accounts, game server, payment system, cast system and other services provided within Zivera.pl.

§ 2. Data We Process
1. In connection with the use of Zivera.pl, the Controller may process in particular the following data:
- email address,
- account login,
- password in encrypted or hashed form,
- IP address,
- login dates and times,
- technical data related to the use of the website and the game,
- payment-related data, excluding full payment card details,
- support messages, reports and correspondence sent to the administration or support team,
- character data, account data, gameplay history, purchased premium points and in-game activity.
2. The Controller does not store full payment card details of users.

1. Payments within Zivera.pl may be processed by external payment providers, including HotPay, Stripe and Paymentic.
2. Payment providers may process user data as separate data controllers or processors, according to their own terms and privacy policies.
3. The Controller processes information necessary to assign payment to a user account, grant premium points, handle complaints and maintain settlements.
4. The Controller does not have access to full payment card details.

§ 6. Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook Pixel
1. Zivera.pl may use analytical and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook Pixel.

3. The user is responsible for content published in the game, chats, messages and other public parts of the service.

2. A minor should use the service with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian, where such consent is required by applicable law.
3. Payments made by minors should be made with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Continued use of the service after changes have been published means that the user has read the current version of the document.
